You've set the goals. You've had the fresh starts — probably more than once. And somehow you end up back in the same place. That's not a willpower problem. That's just where the deeper work hasn't happened yet.

Calm, grounded — seated, warm, approachable
We talk first — properly, not a quick intake form. About what's actually going on, not just the surface version of it.
Then we get into the subconscious patterns that are driving the behaviour. The stuff that willpower can't touch because it's running underneath it.
Sessions are online. Wherever you are in the world, we can work together.
Calm, focused. Nothing like TV.
Hypnotherapy guides you into a deeply relaxed state where your conscious mind quiets down and your subconscious becomes more accessible. It's in that state — not the stressed, overthinking one — where real change actually takes hold.
We use that openness to work directly on the beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses that are driving your behaviour beneath the surface. The ones that willpower alone can't reach. You're aware and in control the whole time — think of it like being completely absorbed in something, where the world hasn't gone anywhere, you're just deeply focused somewhere else.
It's not magic. It's neuroscience — and the research behind it is strong.
This might be for you if
You're exhausted from being the capable one — the one who holds everything together while quietly wondering when you're going to feel like enough.
You set goals and mean them. But somewhere between intention and action, something gets in the way. Every time.
You know what you should be doing. You just can't seem to make yourself do it consistently — and that gap is starting to wear you down.
You've tried motivation. Discipline. Just pushing harder. It works for a while. Then life happens and you're back to square one. Nothing is wrong with you.
Most people feel a shift faster than they expect. Here's what people are typically working toward when they come to work with me.
Breaking the cycle of self-sabotage — for good this time.
Feeling confident in your own skin, not just on good days.
Quieting the overcritical voice in your head that's never satisfied.
Building habits that actually stick because they come from a different place inside you.
Performing at your best — in your career, training, relationships — without running on empty.
Feeling like yourself again. Maybe for the first time in a long time.
Will I lose control?
Never. You're aware the whole time. Think of it like being completely absorbed in a film — the world hasn't disappeared, you're just deeply focused somewhere else. You're in charge throughout. Always.
What if I can't be hypnotised?
Almost everyone can. The people who struggle are usually the ones trying too hard. All you need to do is be willing to relax — I'll handle the rest.
Is this therapy?
It's not clinical psychology or psychiatry. It's coaching that works at a deep level. If you're dealing with serious mental health conditions, I'll always be honest with you about whether this is the right fit or whether you need additional support.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends. Some people feel a significant shift after one session. Most find that three to six sessions creates lasting change. We work at your pace and I'll always be straight with you about what I think you need.
Hypnotherapy is one of the most research-supported tools available for creating lasting behavioural and emotional change. Here's a snapshot of the evidence.
People who used hypnosis had significantly less anxiety than control groups, with hypnosis outperforming roughly 79% of control participants at end of treatment.
A large umbrella review across randomised trials showed moderate to large effect sizes for pain and mental health outcomes.
Demonstrated effectiveness of hypnosis in reducing chronic pain in clinical trials across multiple settings.
Brain imaging evidence showing how hypnosis changes the networks associated with pain perception and directed attention.
