What the body can do when you
work with it.
After a decade of dance I developed bursitis of the hip, which turned out to be hip dysplasia. The surgeon told me to find a desk job and book in for surgery. I didn't. I rehabbed the hip myself, stayed out of the operating theatre, and have been pain-free ever since.
That experience changed everything about how I approach training. What the body can do when you actually work with it. How much of what we're told is a ceiling — isn't.
It's why I don't train people the way most PTs do, and it's why the clients who come to me have usually already tried the conventional approach and found it lacking.
